My husband's ex wife is not answering calls and claims we are lying when we call. She says she has no record of our missed calls on her cell phone bill. The mediator has told them they can pay a fee and pull the records from our cell phone companies. Problem is, even if my husband signs this agreement, the cell phone is under my name/my previous name. Does he have the right to sign off on my account? We have already provided her records and I do not want her to know my personal number.
No but make it easy and agree and sign to clear it up to prevent court ordered subpoenas or just fight it no clue what and why you wouldn't just agree.
