My fiancee divorced his ex and the only way he could get the divorce was to sign his visitation away for the time being until he can take her back to court. The divorce lasted over a year she brought the children in on the divorce got a court appointed attorney for the children but never took the kids to see such attorney. Anyway now that the divorce is final she will only allow the children to speak to him when she wants to talk to him and when he gets mad she blocks him for months at a time. He dont have a phone number for her or the kids and she calls restricted. What can he have done about this situation? He pays child support every week and I just hate to see him so sad cause of this he adores his kids. Please Help!!!!
It will depend on what the decree/custody order provides for. If he's not sure what rights he has under the order, he should review it with his attorney.
