Can my ex pull into my garage and take pictures of my house without my permission?
My ex and his new wife brought our Son home after visitation today. After my son came in the house they took eight pictures of my house. The pictures were of my garage, security cameras, front door and they took two pictures of my house from the road. My ex is always planning a custody battle. They have been openly hostile to me for months. They attempted to stage several scenes at my door to make it look like I was interfering with visitation. Why do you think they took pictures of my house today? What is your advice? Could this be considered stalking or willfully creating conflict? Is it legal for him to take pictures like this on my property? Our Son was already in the house.

You would most likely need to seek a restraining order within your existing divorce or custody action. It is unlikely that a prosecutor or police officer would see this as a rising to the level of a crime, however this type of behavior can be addressed by the domestic relations judge.
