I had worked for a company for 10 months before I went on maternity leave under Fmla, when I returned after 7 weeks off I was told I had to earn back my vacation. Is this correct or am I owed my vacation?
Employers may requires employees to take FMLA leave concurrent with employer-provided, paid leave. It's referred to as "substitution of paid leave."
