My husband started the divorce and we went to the first hearing but nothing was "finalized" I have been living back with him for about 5 months or so. Would this void the divorce in any way?
If neither party takes action in the case, the court will most likely eventually dismiss it from the docket. If you want to make sure it is dismissed, your husband can file a document to non-suit the case. If you filed an answer or have pleadings on file with the court, then you will need to non-suit as well.
