I went to court for parental rights and my daughters mother still makes desicions regaurding our daughter without my consent. This week she has decided to change her from schools and did not pass this by me at all, instead did it behind my back. I came to find out today when I contacted her school for other reasons. Please advise what I may do? Is there a legit motion I may file?
If the court order states that she is supposed to consult with you to make such decisions (usually it does), then she is in contempt of court for violating a court order. This is usually done through a motion for contempt.

You should file a Motion for Contempt, and to Enforce the FJ, and explain the situation to the judge.
I would file a Motion for Contempt and Enforcement because unless you gave her the decision making authority in your Parenting Plan, you should have shared parental responsibility and that would be spelled out in the Parenting Plan. Use of an attorney is recommended. Good luck.
