Have a joint custody papers saying in it I can't have anyone spend the night unless I'm married to them or they are my daughters family. But what my boyfriend didn't stay like that, it was late this night, but it's also his house and they knew it but I was lied to by my attorney that if I went to a trial and lost my 5 yr old I could lose my other two too, but also even if I married my boyfriend they also had it to where he couldn't be unsupervised which means I couldn't go to sleep. But there's nothing else I've done wrong. He says he has a video from a p.i. But I don't know and I have no money and I know I just an attorney. I don't want to lose her.
