I recently resigned from a company I'd worked with for 6 years. I'd been continually treated with derision and frequently made to take derogatory statements insinuating that I'm crazy. I am diagnosed with MDD which is being fully treated. I'm not so much worried about that. I'm simply want to show that I didn't leave on a whim or for no reason.
I am concerned about my unpaid commissions. With this company you make the sale and your commission is paid after it's been installed. I have several thousand dollars in sales that I'm waiting to be paid for once they are installed.
Do you have a written contract or other document that describes your commissions? That's the best evidence of your commission arrangement. If not, you may still have a claim to your commissions. You should consult with a Kentucky employment lawyer for further discussion.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
