I have physical custody of my child. DCF has legal custody of my child. false Complaints are being made by my child's school about my son allegedly being unkempt and unclean. DCF believes me that it isn't true. it is known that the school staff and I have a rocky relationship. The GAL attorney has taken the complaints into a court.

An agency can always remove children from the home if they feel their physical safety is in jeopardy. However, such removal is only temporary and your are able to request a hearing for the agency through testimony to show good cause as to why the children were removed.
