My boss is trying to force me to work days when I have been working third shift at the same job for the last 4 years I've not been late I do not call in I came to him with an issue I have with my supervisor instead of him correcting the issue he went to my supervisor and other supervisor told him the issue that I had and now my supervisor thinks I have a problem with him so that's why they are making me change shifts I have a child in school and I cannot work the opposite shift
You do not have a right to any shift or any job for that matter. Your employer can require you to work any shift they so choose to provide you a job for.
