I have been sexual harass by two different co workers. This co worker whom on the same shift as me constantly makes sexually harassment comments to me and other females. I reported it to my boss. My boss tells me that the co worker is known for sexual harassment but does nothing. I continue getting harass and I continue telling my boss but nothing is done to co worker. So when I refuse to have sex with co worker he starts pick and bullying me. I told my boss I was going to call cooperate he told me if I did I would get in trouble and he would me it out that I was the one doing the sexual harassment. I call corporate and now by boss is retaliate against me by telling me he taking me off night shift and telling me im going to 1st. Told him i couldn't work that. Hr told me that my boss can make me work whatever I want. How is this fair? I feel like I'm being punished for speaking up. Now my other sexual harasser is on day shift.
