My attorney told me she has not filed a claim on my behalf on my car policy? However, there is a claim on my policy filed within 10 days of accident. She say there is no claim. I have the case claim number. Can she with hold this info from me since I and my husband are the owner of the policy?
You are assuming the attorney filed the claim. Your insurer may have done this on their own upon learning of the accident.
