My ex husband is taking me back to court to get full custody of my 12 and 10 year old, and also my 18 year old. This will be the 3rd time going to FCS for my ex, me and my 3 sons. Only difference now is my son turned 18 in August. Does my 18 yr old need to meet with the mediator or can I refuse to have him interviewed? Can my ex husband get custody of my 18 yr Old?
