There is a separate Annulment Complaint that you would file however, to qualify you must identify a valid reason to annul your marriage under Connecticut law. If the other party agrees with your allegations, it would be an uncontested annulment. The grounds for annulment are specific -- you are too closely related to your spouse, bigamous marriage, incompetence, defects in the license or ceremony, fraud, force or duress, and/or misrepresentation of facts or circumstances by one who entered into the marriage. I suggest that you meet with an attorney to discuss the reason(s) you and your spouse feel that an annulment is the preferred way to go. There are many qualified attorneys on AVVO who would be happy to meet with you. Good luck

The short answer is yes, so long as the basis for a civil annulment exists and the Court has jurisdiction over the marriage. The following website will help you to better understand the procedure involved in pursuing an annulment.
Pay particular attention to the grounds for annulment, it is not simply a matter of we no longer want to be married, for a legal annulment. You will need to meet one of the stated grounds. I recommend you hire an attorney to assist you with this process.
