Hello Sir, In continuation to my previous question with same subject my wife is forced to work here in USA from last 6months with low pay 60k at Sunnyvale CA where we couldn't accommodate with the salary and leading to huge debts like medical and daily expenses.Employer is keep on saying waiting for high management approvals for salary revision and not letting her know when this would get changed. She was initially given 120k before starting from india and once landed here in USA it was stated that she got a wrong deputation letter with 120k and changed it to 60k and forced to sign of the deputation letter without which she cannot sustain the expenses in USA.kindly do check whether we can do something to proceed on legally so that she can get justified compensation in USA.
If you have a wage dispute with the employer, you should see a labor lawyer. I will change your category for you.
