I was rear ended and am suing the at fault driver for the damages caused to my fender, rear bumper, as well as paint and tires. My question though is: If I go to a different auto body shop (other than the ones used for the estimations of repair) and the repairs end up being cheaper, am I under obligations to notify the court or return the unused portion of the winnings?
