Yes. Your case should be filed in Nevada since it is likely that Nevada now has jurisdiction over the children. You will need to domesticate the custodial orders from California and have the Nevada Court take jurisdiction of the case. You will need to file a motion to request modification to the visitation orders unless you and dad agree to a change and then you can file a stipulation and order changing the visits.
