Can I talk to a judge one on one without court?

Agree, there isn't any Judge around these parts that is going to talk to you "ex parte" about your wife's case. If she needs to file for shock probation you need to hire an attorney to file this motion and argue your wife's case to the Judge.

You can try calling to make an appointment with the judge but they generally cannot speak “ex parte” which means the commonwealth would need to be represented. This is usually done by a motion which would require an attorney on your wife’s behalf.
