I live in CA with my daughter. In divorce papers it states "can't take child out of United States" without written permission from other parent. I have physical custody but my ex has every other weekend visitation.
If there is no court order prohibiting such travel, then there is no court order prohibiting it. Period.
I'm sure that your judgment details how and when vacations are to be scheduled. Just make sure that you comply with those terms, and you should be fine.
