I took my car to a shop 2 weeks ago had 21,996 mileage in and when I got my car today the tire was flat and it had 23,022 miles on it. I called my insurance they told me to call the shop but it was already closed.
First call them and see about getting things worked out. When did you notice the tire was flat? Were you able to drive away or did you immediately notice it was flat?
As for the mileage, did you keep evidence of it before you took it in?
A lawsuit is likely not worth it as proving the high mileage will be tough and even tougher to assign a dollar amount to it.
