I have a "property manager" who will NOT take care of an over 3 year nuisance issue with a tenant the lives on the other side of my duplex, the police have been involved as well!!
Your question does not provide nearly enough information to construct an answer. You may have rights relative to the situation but most likely those rights will need to be enforced against the landlord. i suggest that you make an appointment to consult with an attorney well versed in the area of Landlord/Tenant law.
This answer is intended to provide general information only and nothing contained herein is meant to establish a lawyer-client relationship. The answer is based solely on the information provided and by responding I am providing general information about the law. I am not providing legal advice. Every person’s situation is different and the law in different jurisdictions is not always the same. The same law may apply to different people in different ways, depending on the facts of their cases. You can only get legal advice from an attorney who has learned all the relevant facts of your case and who is authorized to practice in your jurisdiction. You should not rely on general information as a substitute for legal advice. The lawyer- client relationship can be established only by a direct consultation in person and only in that situation where I have the opportunity to fully develop the facts of your individual situation can you rely on the advice offered.
