Today I ordered a 4 piece nugget for my 1 year old and while I was feeding him I noticed a feather sticking out of the nugget. I immediately called the store, and took the nugget back. I took pictures of said nugget beforehand. The manager also took pictures and filed a claim with their insurance. Th is has to be a health code violation and i feel as the consumer I have a right to sue them for negligence for not inspecting the food quality they are serving to customers. If I hadn't noticed it my son could of easily choked on it and that concerns me. It's unacceptable.
. You have no case. You do have a right to sue them for negligence and you will lose because their breach of their duty of care resulted in zero damages.
