I have informed delivery digest which is an email Usps sends me every day with images of my mail I am to receive for that day. Since Saturday non of my mail has been delivered. Very important mail such as my paycheck my w2 my sons New York State I’d, his tax document from his school all sensitive mail. I contacted Usps and a manager at the post office stated that her mail carriers are delivering the mail some one is stealing it. I have been here 5 years and this has never happened and plus it’s only me and one other tenet here with separate secured mailboxes I’m digusted and afraid that someone will try to steal me and my sons identity . Can I sue the post office for negligence

you would have such an up hill fight against the post office that I suggest that you ask for your employer to send duplicate documents and cancel the others (or pick up the duplicates)
