I was arrested for DUI without any PC. During the arrest the officers became angry with me because I challenged their PC. The officers VIOLATED my RIGHTS , my BODY and the FDLE code of rules/ ethics 1.1, 1.2, 1.3,1.4, 2.1,2.2,2.3, 2.4, 2.6,3.1,5.1,5.2, and Internal affairs violated 5.3.. My defense attorney was outraged by my treatment and wrote the sheriff but he never responded.THE TAPES OF MY ARREST HAD BEEN ALTERED BY BLURRING AND CUTTING OUT LARGE PORTIONS OF IT. I complained to internal affairs many times and they never responded. I went into internal affairs and sat down with their detectives complaining about misconduct and they still failed to initiate an investigation. If any attorney is interested in getting more information about this case please feel free to contact me.
A 1983 claim can be investigated by a local civil rights lawyer. Avvo has a great lawyer finder tool to locate an attorney close to your home. Good luck.
I believe I've answered this question already. You will need to contact the attorney, we can't contact you.
