While I was Deployed in 2012 to Afghanistan, While I was sleeping one of my co-workers was trying to play a joke by spraying dust off (can air spray) up my nose, which casue me to go into (ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK) I was place on a breathing machine for two days. Now I have permanently lung damaged from the chemical that was in the can air spray. So what can i do?
You need to file a disability claim with the Veterans Administration. You definitely have a service related permanent injury.

If you are still active duty then you must not be disabled but if you are out of the military you should contact the VA for disability determination.
