I used a independent mailing dispatch center to send out my bachelor degree and transcript for evaluation , but unfortunately they put a wrong zip code and it's moving around for two weeks now, and it's not come in back either to resend them. I'm going to miss the deadlines to sign up for the university. All of the tuition will be covered by my employer, so basically I'm loosing money because I have to wait for the next addmission period, and if I get laid off I have to pay tuition. Every delay it can cost me money at the end. First quarter that I'm going to miss it cost $5500 .
My future is depend on that education.
If you addressed the envelope or just let them do it , you will have trouble showing they had a duty that was breached. You could get replacement transcripts overnighted to the University. However if you had a guaranteed delivery then you may be able to make a claim, however your damages will be difficult to prove, unless you insured the delivery for the amount of damage you will suffer. Take any paperwork you have and use the find a lawyer tab above , after you get replacement transcripts on the way overnighted.
