CDC guidelines caused my pain med to be slashed. My doctor says its dea/guideline rules. CDC says its guidelines, yet Dea goes after doc who go above cdc guideline 90mme. To me, not a lawyer, seems CDC is guilty of Reckless Disreguard as stated by Blacks law. Can I sue on this?
