Okay so for the past year (2016) I have been receiving orders made on my name, and subscriptions to paid magazines and other junk mail under my name. I called all of these places and it turns out someone is actively signing me up for these things without my knowledge or consent. I know to just cancel the subscriptions but they just keep coming although it's not a lot but it's annoying to deal with...
In theory, yes. You could also contact the local police and make them aware of it as well. It could have the potential to be mail fraud. However, you need to determine what you think your actual damages are in order to determine if it is worth your time and money to file a civil suit. You may want to start with the police first and see if they can help.
