I bought this car on Friday, the woman who sold me the car said the car was in good running condition the tires were good the only problem was the AC not working. That following Sunday I discovered the engine was leaking oil Into the water deposit tank & had oil in the water that had built up for a while. I informed her and she told me her brother Inspected the car the previous Sunday and he didn't mention any issues & now today (Tuesday) the front drivers side tire completely popped off bolts included. Can I sue her for selling me a bad car after telling me at the time of sale there was nothing wrong with it?
did she sell "as is" if so, no. If not, maybe. File a claim in JP court if you cant afford a lawyer.
