When I was 14 I stopped living with my mother all in all. The whole time, I have reason to believe she was still (or is still) collecting benefits such as cash assistance, food stamps and child support. It was a hard time for me as I had to get a job when I turned 16 and have been working ever since. I am now 19 and I wonder if I can rightfully get back all of the money that she stole from me, do I sue her? What can I do as I know I am not the only one of her children not getting what I deserve?
Are you suggesting that your mother was to just give you the money? Instead, did she feed you? House you? Clothe you? That is how the funds are supposed to be used.
