My dad sued Oxycontin or it was Purdue they gave him a little bit of money to shut him up after 20 years he died of an accidental overdose but always maintained his prescription and never took too many because he did not want to be sick my question is can I sue them again for his overdose either the Oxycontin or his doctor that prescribed him
When your dad signed the release, he probably settled for past, present and future claims, and probably bound his heirs, etc. Take his copy of the settlement release to a local attorney.
