I have a camaro 4 months old, still under warranty, I’ve done all the tests provided all the information and proof they asked. They are still denying the warranty.
A piston went threw the block, I had a tuner/scan tool laying in my car. Understandably they assumed it was tuned (without proof) they said prove its stock, so I did. I had the ecu scanned and showed them it was never tuned.( I do have headers and a cold air intake on my car, according to the warranty the aftermarket parts void the affected component.) they told me they aren’t fixing it just because the scan tool was laying in the car even though I proved my ecu was stock. According the magnuson moss act they can’t deny my warranty without being able to prove beyond reasonable doubt an aftermarket part caused the failure, by giving them everything they asked for and proving everything the asked I believe I met that criteria
