I had a large amount of artificial turf installed, on our contract says that the company will “level, slope and grade” dirt away from the home. From the beginning lets just say this was a mickey mouse effort at best leaving rain and run off to drain towards my house. The contractor kept making excuses as to litterally everything except his lack of responsibility. I sent him photos and videos and he only relies with excuses as to why it is not his fault and how water is supposed to drain towards the house. Im so frustrated by the non proven non factual explanations and excuses. He refuses to fix it or be solution oriented. Now I have to hire a grading and slope person (out of pocket) get a quote then take him to small claims... How else can I keep this company from such blatant disregard. I want to have this mans license removed.
Yes, you can sue him. Your damages will be controlled by how much it costs you to correct his improper work. You can report him to the Better Business Bureau and give him a negative on-line review. As you have no specified what kind of license he has, I cannot suggest how to attack it.
