My Bus driver is a white lady i am a black female i have been wrote up several times for things that i have and have not done i tryed to speak up befor but the school kept giving me the run around saying they have to believe there drivers , I got wrote up a while back for not giving my ipod up on the school bus for that i got 10 days off the bus Recently about 2 days ago a white female came on the bus with her hair down and white head phones on and the bus driver did not say anything a few of the people infornt of me told on her but all she got was the bus driver saying "Honey you cant have thoese on the bus" but the female didnt get wrote up later on that day i got called to the office for eating a bannanah on the bus and dropping my shoe i am now susspended can i sue for discrimination?
