I went to my visit ask da receptionist is my Dr was in a god mood on my second visit because the first visit did not go well the receptionist said yes I was ask what was my EMDR Dr name and I said I don't know she ask if the mess was working I said yeah I still wakes up at night and check on my son I was ask why I said because I wanted to make sure he was safe I was molested at age 7 sexually mentally emotionally and suffers from pstd and depression my Dr ask was I on any more melds I said yes when ask I told her I don't remember the names she got so up set and said I'm done you don't know nothing you can't remember nothing and I can't do anything for you I need to see your daughter on the next visit I said I told you I don't want her hear because she would be mad I'm here and I just don't want her hear The Dr said I'm not going to see you no more we never connected in the 1st visit and I should never had taken you as a patient I begged her plz I need help why you doing this to me crying heavily she call her receptionist in and repeated the same rude comments and the receptionist tried to calmn me down the Dr storm out the room saying I should of never see you at your first visit
You cannot sue your psychiatrist. Even assuming she was rude to you (a fact that appears not to be unwarranted given the way you write your question) there is no duty for a doctor to deal with a patient they choose not to treat.
