I was working at a job with a base pay of 10 an hour and they fired me because i wasn't selling enough and they're refusing to pay me, because of them not paying me my water got shut off because i didn't have enough money to pay that.
Can i sue for lost wages and the extra costs for me losing water from their actions
You should certainly consult an employment lawyer but your difficulty may be that it would not be cost-efficient for a lawyer to take a case like that unless you can prove your damages, that is how much money would a jury give you for losing your water for a period of time.
