You can sue anyone your heart desires my friend. This is America--here we give equal rights to all to abuse the legal system.
Not saying you're abusing the system but I am saying you can sue whoever you'd like, whenever you'd like, for whatever reason you'd like. Prevailing in Court is an entirely other matter.
