My landlord evicted someone and her dad live here as well. So after a couple months she moved back in with her dad. She is now forcing me and my boyfriend out of our parking spots by parking as close as she can to our cars. Forcing us to move so she can have four spots. Most of the people here either have to park on the street or park close together because of her.
You cannot sue your landlord for someone else damaging your car. You might be able to have her towed if she is parking in your designated spot. You can file an automobile insurance claim if she damaged your vehicle with hers, but I have no idea why you would think your landlord would be liable for someone else's actions.
