Can I sue my landlord after I have moved out?

You can sue for any damages that you can prove were suffered as a result of the landlord's breach of contract and/or negligence. If you lived at the premises the whole time, is unclear whether you could recover any rent (because you benefited from the use and occupancy of the premises during that time). Your health problems would need to be shown to connected to the mold AND the landlord's negligence, which requires a thorough and complex analysis beyond what can be accomplished in this forum. Consider consulting in-person with a personal injury attorney for a thorough review and personalized advice.
