your question is interesting, a new one on me. you cannot sue your employer for injury at work because of worker's compensation, but I would say this is different. If the company was negligent in allowing the spread of bedbugs I would say you might be able to sue them. You should contact a lawyer who handles slip n falls, accidents and other negligence cases.
I would think there is a very narrow window of liability here, and it would depend on what the employer did to mitigate the bedbugs.
