We have recently divorced and she notified me a month ago that she was selling the house and it needed to be moved before she listed it. I have messages showing I was working to get it moved. Even paid to have a new area prepared at my parents home. The shed hasn't even been paid off. Now I'm making payments on it and she won't tell me where it is. She claims it was abandoned. I just messaged her 3 days ago telling her that we would be cutting the power to it and moving it within the week. Apparently I was too late. I was originally the co signer on the house but signed some deed afterbtye divorce removing my name. We have stayed in touch and never got a move it or lose it message until a week ago. I couldn't accommodate that fast. What can I do?
She can't "steal" what she owns. That stated, if this is an issue you need to address this with your divorce lawyer.
