so i work at a restaurant in the kitchen and i get very low hours we keep hiring more people and every time we do i get less hours at work im down to working one day a week. the majority of the people who get the most hours are not legally allowed to work in the US i know this because i have asked them if they are legal and at least 6 have said no. can i sue them for something or do i need to just get a new job somewhere else?
