Can I sue my employer for giving me false information in their job posting?

No, it is not likely you can sue over this.
You are an at will employee. As such your employer can change the terms and conditions of your employment at any time and for any reason or even no reason at all. That means the employer is allowed to change its mind.
Regarding the wage rate, there was no pre-employment promise that you would make in the high range of the pay range stated. You were paid a rate in that range so there is no lie.
Regarding the number of hours, that is something you are not going to prove was a lie. Even you say they changed it up on you. That is not going to get you anywhere.
