I just had a baby and my doctor left some of the placenta inside me. I lost so much blood that they had to admit me and give me 2 units of blood. Is there anything I can do and if so is it worth it?
That probably depends on the amount of damage you suffered. If you had a quick recovery, the value of the case could easily be outweighed by the cost of litigation. A local medical malpractice attorney can advise you and usually the first consultation is free.
I am admitted to practice in New York State. I am not admitted in any other states.
