About two to three years ago I had ran into into some issues with fraudulent activity with my bank account. Someone hacked my paypal account and ended up over drafting my bank account. I filed a police report and submitted it to my credited union and they eventually closed my account. Two, three years later I recently come to find out that my credit union never even processed the police report with their fraud department and even sent my over draft cost to collections to hassle me about money I should not owe. So for the past two, three years collections have been affecting my credit score putting it way below poor. I'm only only twenty years old and I cant get approved for anything because of this please help.
