I try to replace my mobile home that got burn down by wild fire. But the company told me that I have to buy a mobile home that has to be same amount or value that I still owe. They did not tell me at first that it has to be that amount. Until 7 month later after I agreed with mobile home dealership. And the insurance paid me just enough for mobile only. I have to pay for cleanup out of my own pocket.
Whether or not you should’ve been reimbursed for cleanup is something no one can tell you without looking up the policy. Very few people on auto or going to be familiar with the mobile home issues. If there’s anybody you can find advertising that they work on Mobil homes, then definitely go work with that person.
The only way to advise you is to look at the policy terms. You should consult an attorney in your area to review that agreement and advise on whether you have a case and if so, how you can proceed.
