My father died 2 month ago and left me his house. His mortgage brokers father and my father were friends for 10 years so i trusted him. The house is in ny and i live in fl, as soon as i went home he changed the locks, rented the house and kept the money. I was left with a huge electric bill. Before i left ny i was grieving the loss of my father and drunk. He asked for all the paper work in the house my fathers cars tv and exspensive art. I gave it to him. I feel taken advantage of and heartbroken.
