can not find a lawyer to handle a ins. claim because the limitation ran out the lawyer did not filed throw the court I thought he did
While more information is needed to give you a definitive answer, there is a good chance that you have a legal malpractice claim against the attorney if as you claim he failed to file a claim within the applicable statute of limitations. You need to call an attorney that handles legal malpractice claims. Many lawyers do not handle these types of claims due to the fact that most attorneys do not like suing other attorneys. It is the same type of difficulty that medical malpractice claimants have when attempting to find a doctor who is willing to give expert testimony stating that another doctor's actions amount to medical malpractice. You could use the Find a Lawyer tool above, or call your local Bar Association. Best of Luck!
