Can I sue for the incident I will describe below ?
I am directly behind them with a small bag of dollar candy that I opened
While he is ringing up my uncle things
He ask me in a rude manor did you come in here with that, I said no, then I opened my hand so he could see the 4 quarters and dime I had in it
He immediately starting screaming and said I’m tired of y’all always stealing, it’s to much stealing in this store and I’m tired of it
I said how am I’m stealing if I’m in line to pay for it with money in my hand
I raised my voice and said I have never stole anything don’t put me in a category with other people he screamed on and on and kept repeating I’m tired of y’all stealing
We are going back and fourth for about 4 minutes
I slammed my change on the counter he refused to pick the money off the counter until I said I’m not leaving without a receipt
He picked the money up rung my bag of candy up and then threw the receipt in my face

In order to sue someone, you have to ber abled to prove DAMAGES. You have none, so there's no lawsuit.
