Hotel desk clerk accuse me of being part of robbery, a man was in hotel trying to rob it, just because I was only black person in lobby he accuse me of helping, they caught the man, had the police question me as if I was a part of it, if I would’ve had my key card They would have taken me to jail
In order to sue anybody for anything you have to be able to prove--or at least allege--that you suffered some kind of real damage because of what the defendant did (or did not) do. You have failed to allege any real damage--and so you cannot sue anyone.
Well you did not get arrested. What proof do you have it was racial profiling? Other than guessing?
